Reto BioBlitz de Los Ángeles

Participa en el cuarto reto anual BioBlitz de Los Ángeles del 1 al 30 de octubre para fotografiar y mapear animales salvajes, insectos y plantas que se encuentran en tu vecindario, parques locales, rutas de excursión y en otras áreas naturales.

La Ciudad de Los Ángeles está ubicada en un hotspot de biodiversidad global y tiene una amplia variedad de insectos, animales, plantas y ecosistemas nativos para explorar. Necesitamos de tu ayuda para entender mejor dónde viven las diferentes especies de plantas y animales en toda la ciudad. Cada vez que subes una observación a iNaturalist, especialmente en los puntos fríos de observación en el mapa, contribuyes al conocimiento sobre la biodiversidad de la ciudad que apoya la protección y conservación de la vida silvestre local y sus hábitats.

El Reto BioBlitz es una emocionante colaboración entre la iniciativa de Ciencia Comunitaria de la Biblioteca Pública de Los Ángeles y el Programa de Biodiversidad del Departamento de Salubridad y Medioambiente de la Ciudad de Los Ángeles, Parques y Recreación de Los Ángeles, el Museo de Historia Natural del Condado de Los Ángeles y Departamento de Agua y Energía de Los Ángeles.

Explora los puntos fríos en el mapa de observación que se encuentran cerca de ti y registra observaciones para ayudar a los investigadores a entender cuáles especies viven allí.
