RSS Feeds

What is RSS?
RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication" or "Rich Site Summary".  It is a XML-based system that allows users to subscribe to frequently updated data feeds. Most people use a news reader, also called Aggregators, to follow RSS feeds. Some browsers have a reader built into them. There are also websites that you can join that act as a reader.

How do I subscribe to RSS feeds?
1.    Copy the URL you are interested in from the feeds below.
2.    Paste the URL into your reader's "subscribe" dialogue.

Book List Feeds:

See what new titles the Library has received in your favorite genre or format. Unlike the book lists at LAPL Reads, these are not selected by librarians, but instead are automatically generated to show the newest titles in each category.
